The
climate in Andalucia, makes it an absolute pleasure to work with, and cook its
products.
Whether it is a wonderful fresh tunafish from Barbate, beautiful
ripe tomatoes from our neighbors field, or simply just carving a fine slice
of delicios Iberico "Pata Negra" ham.
The satisfaction of working
with these kinds of ingredients are just undescribeable, and something every chef
loves to work with!
Everything in restaurant Patría is homemade, including desserts and bread which we make every day.
The menu is fairly small, in order to keep everything
fresh and be able to change it often.
Almost everything on it, except for
a few classics, are all changed within every two weeks.
So there is always
something new to try, and we don´t get bored serving the same meals night
after night.
Outside the summer months of July, August and September we offer a weekend lunch buffet that boasts lots of salads, soup, roasts, charcuterie and cheeses, fishdishes, desserts and bread. It changes every fortnight!
